Ayurvedic Treatments

Abyangha is an ancient Ayurvedic technique and treatment of massage, using medicated, herbal oils. Abyangha performed by an Ayurvedic practitioner includes massage of the entire body, to assist the patient in balancing & healing.

Abyangha massage seals and protects the skin, tones and calms the muscles, grounds the mind/body, and provides a barrier to outside influences. Abyangha is a key to healing internal and external imbalances. The techniques of Abyangha serve those with imbalances of all 3 doshas; Vata, Pitta, & Kapha. Each oil used is specific to each individual condition.
